REFUNDS

Once order processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be processed.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY FOR UNOPENED AND NON-DAMAGED ITEMS

Fragrances that are unopened from their original packaging and are not damaged in any way whatsoever (as verified and confirmed by the Vivamor team) are eligible for exchanges/refunds after deduction of the restocking fees.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY FOR OPENED ITEMS

Fragrances that are opened from their original packaging are not eligible for exchanges/refunds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For USA orders, we process and ship the orders within 3-6 business days. For all other countries, due to the complexities of international shipping, we only process and ship international orders every 5-8 business days. Any duties and taxes levied by the destination country are beyond our control and are to be valued by the destination country and to be collected directly from customer by the courier before delivery.
